So many people are not aware of the functionality of using natural foods like fruits, vegetables, and stems to loose weight effectively.

Pawpaw or Papaya as many will call it is mostly eaten when ripe and throw the seeds away when cutting. Unripe Pawpaw and it's leaves can equally be used to shed belly fat and weight in just 7 days; I know It sounds untrue to the ears but that's the fact.

Having a little garden at the back of your house is very important, you don't necessarily need to have a large farm outside your home before planting crops or fruits. To get a fresh fruit for immediate consumption it's better to plant in your garden, so if you are buying a house or land make sure you create a large space  for gardening; you will surely testify to this.


PROCEDURE:

Let's start first by plucking an unripe Pawpaw fruit together with it's leaves, wash it properly from little crawling insects and parasites, cut into a diced form, put into a pot or kettle and add one a half cup of water to boil. Bring it down after 5 minutes.

Serve it while hot to enable it work effectively.

NB: Please don't take it while very hot, it should be mild enough to drink but served hot. Try this for seven days a week, a cup in the morning and night before going to bed and see positive results for yourself.
