How To Get Flat Tummy In 7 Days With Homemade Ingredients





Everyone's wish today in our world is to have an attractive body and a flat tummy. Having a bloated stomach is discouraging which might mostly affect ladies.

Here are the ingredients
Ginger, Lemon, Cucumber, and 6 to 7 Cups of clean water.

METHOD:
1. In a big cup, add your clean water according to the quantity you want to drink that day.

2. 1 blended ginger

3. 1 sliced cucumber

4. 1 sliced lemon


Mix all the ingredients together into the cup of water. Leave it overnight and drink it the next day morning before breakfast and at night before going to bed.
