Keedron Bryant: 12-year-old black boy whose protest song went viral, signed by Warner Records

Keedron Bryant – The 12-year-old whose song protesting police killings of African Americans in the US went viral has been signed by Warner Records.

In a post shared on his Instagram page, the young black boy, Keedron Bryant, has been signned by Warner Records on Thursday, his producer revealed.

Keedron Bryant went popular after he shared his song I Just Wanna Live, which is about his fears growing up as a black man in America on social media. The full song is now set to be released on Friday, which is the Juneteenth holiday marking the end of slavery in the US.

Bryant first posted the acapella gospel song on his Instagram account on May 26, the day after another African American, #GeorgeFloyd, was killed by a white policeman in the city of Minneapolis.
