Partial lockdown in various states across Nigeria during this pandemic haven't been easy for the masses to cope with especially in major cities like Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Ogun, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Nasarawa and other States with minor cases. Since the relief of the lockdown major precautions have been listed out for Nigerians to follow by NCDC, but yet it still seems difficult to adhere to.

The virus called COVID-19 can live on surfaces for several hours which is not yet known by W.H.O, one of the ways this disease can spread is by touching your face with your hands either directly to your eyes or nose and contaminated surfaces. Proper hygiene should be observed in and outside of your homes such as clean surfaces with soap and water or with disinfectants, wash your hands regularly with soap and water, wearing of clean face mask, hand gloves and practicing at least 2 metres distancing especially in a crowdy place.

Measures have been put in place to curb this disease and the lockdown includes Markets operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, Banks and Corporate offices from 8am - 3pm and Government offices on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am-2pm. For now Mosques, Churches, Schools, Bars, Clubs and Gardens closed.
